"Ken was really nice and informative. We had some water flowing out of the ground and he inspected to make sure we did not
have a pipe that ruptured. He realized that our filter was so dirty that it was not allowing water through. He cleaned the filter and
showed me how to clean it on my own, to save money. I will be using McNel's from now on!"

"We were in A bad situation tanks overflowing and no one would call us back my wife had left for the store and noticed a pump truck at the neighbors house She stopped and talked to the driver explained our situation he was nice and kind to her after he was done with our neighbors he came over his truck was almost full but he came over and uncovered our tanks and pumped till his truck was full and said he would come out on Saturday to finish. (They are closed on Saturday) Saturday he shows up with his son its a Family business and they get to work pump the rest clean everything fix the lids on the tanks and make everything perfect . They had us over a barrel we would have paid anything to fix this when he gave me the bill I was shocked no special charges just the regular price. Then they cleaned everything up and went on their way. I cant say enough good things about these guys truly professional and nice and compassionate. You wont find anyone better to do the Job.!!!! THank you guys so much for fixing our Sh"
