"Ken came out on a rainy Monday and helped find the tank lid and entire system. It had not been pumped in 12 years. What a relief that everything was in order.The piece of mind to know that the system is working as it should and will continue to do so for many years to come now that I have done what was supposed to be done 8 years ago. Thank you very much for such great service."

Awesome company / service!
"We had them out to pump our septic tank and install risers on the inlet and clean-out lids (no more digging for me!). The scheduling person was great, and the person (Kirk) that showed up at our place to do the work was awesome! We'd actually dealt with him before when he worked at Palmer Coking Coal. Great guy, who didn't mind me standing around watching the process and asking questions. He did a great job and was very thorough. I will definitely have them back over in 3 years to have it pumped again!"

"Our septic system was flooded and needed serviced right away. Awesome group of people from the office staff to the gentleman who came and did the septic service. They were right on time, serviced the tank and didn't try and sell me anything that I didn't need. Outstanding experience on every level. Thank you!"

"Our septic system was clogged and started causing a disaster in the backyard... and with our landlord being less than helpful, we were headed for a huge problem. Mcnel was called out the next day, they showed up several hours earlier than expected and handled the problem immediately, while taking care of every aspect of our septic system. The gentleman answered all questions, gave us helpful tips and ideas to prevent future problems, and was a very kind and supportive person. Any future issues going forward, Mcnel will be the team we look to for help! Could not say better things about this crew!"
