"My septic system was in dyre need of maintenance so I called McNel. They were recommended by my plumber. Randy came out, located the tank, and dug down about two feet to access the drain covers. It was sunny when he started, dark and rainy when he was done. He performed the necessary steps and kept me aprised of progress and costs to avoid surprises. I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend McNel should you need septic services."
