"Sean at McNel Septic was incredible to work with. He came out the same day to pump our septic system, which we really appreciated. Not only did he handle the pumping quickly and professionally, but he also took extra time to make sure all of our plumbing was draining properly afterward.
When things still weren’t flowing the way they should, Sean went above and beyond—he tracked down the clog, cleared it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His dedication, thoroughness, and genuine care for doing the job right really stood out.

"McNel has been maintaining our system for several years. This year, Shawn completed the inspection, telling us it was time for pumping. Randy came out and pumped the system. Both gentlemen were pleasant and professional. Same goes for the front office. The phone is answered (or voice messages are promptly returned). We are more than pleased with the entire operation."
