"Randy inspected, and was knowledgeable and helpful with tips for our septic to keep it flowing like it should. There was a 4th lid that we did not uncover (unknowingly) -- he pointed to where it was and was happy to dig and expose the lid for us at no charge. This is our second time having our septic pumped by McNel Septic Service.
The cost was a little higher than quoted because our tank was bigger than what we thought.
I highly recommend and we will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

"McNel Septic is a quality company. Sean & his team are very knowledgeable. Trisha answered my call & was super helpful. They replied back via a text saying the driver would be out this afternoon. I got another text saying the driver would be here in 40 minutes. Randy was knowledgeable & did a great job cleaning out my 3 tanks & explaining how my septic system works. Highly recommend them!"

"I enjoyed Randy very much. He knew what he was doing and he was efficient. I wanted to note that the size of the tank which I measured was 650 gallons of Randy Randy estimated that it was 900 but it was actually 650 of contents and if the tank had been full as full as it could possibly have been cleared to the very brim, it would’ve been 718 gallons. So if nothing else, at least that could go in your records for the size of my tank. I’m unaware if the charges are dependent on tank size but in any case there you have it. Thanks and thanks to Randy. He did a great job."
