Excellent Customer Service
"Great family run business that adds the personal touch to their service. They came out pumped the system, told us a few tip and even gave us a diagram of our septic system. Bonus, they have a small truck that could make it down our hairpin turn private road. We plan to call them next time we need the system pumped"

Very nice and personable
"We have worked with McNel Septic since we moved to our house 7 yrs ago. Mr McNeil is SO professional and also very nice and personable. We have appreciated his quickness in getting us an appt and also his work ethic in a job that certainly isn't easy!"
