"Ken took time out of his busy schedule yesterday and shared a lot of very important information about my septic system , also how to follow up with regular maintenance to prevent septic system backup issues.
So far l have not had any issues with my system and l want to continue having the system function appropriately.

"McNel Septic Service were my heroes yesterday - 8/26/2020. I am single woman and had a septic system that was obviously having issues. McNel came, pumped my tanks and helped me diagnose the problem.
