"Our septic system was clogged and started causing a disaster in the backyard... and with our landlord being less than helpful, we were headed for a huge problem. Mcnel was called out the next day, they showed up several hours earlier than expected and handled the problem immediately, while taking care of every aspect of our septic system. The gentleman answered all questions, gave us helpful tips and ideas to prevent future problems, and was a very kind and supportive person. Any future issues going forward, Mcnel will be the team we look to for help! Could not say better things about this crew!"

"The front office was great to work with and knowledgeable. She ensured I got timely service to meet my new home inspection needs. Shawn came out right on time and walked me through the whole scope and drain field test process as I am new to owning a septic. Appreciated the great service today!"

"Our septic pump failed, but so did the alarm to tell us it wasn’t working. Long story short within an hour of me panic calling their office because we were just a few flushes away from disaster Ken was at our house fitting us in between jobs. He pumped all the tanks, gave us some amazing maintenance advice, and was just an absolute pleasure to talk to. In the next couple days someone else from the company will return to work on getting the pump and alarm repaired. We will definitely be calling McNel Septic Service for all our future septic work."
