"The process to get scheduled was smooth with the office providing copies of our septic drawings so we could dig out the access holes. The tech Randy was prompt, detailed in his explanation of findings and was in and out quickly with no issues. Will use again in the recommended 4 years!"

"I had such a good experience from the first phone call to the technician, customer service was top notch. They were able to come to my home quickly and the price was reasonable. Randy was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and Tricia was very kind and kept me updated. HIGHLY recommend!"

"My septic system was in dyre need of maintenance so I called McNel. They were recommended by my plumber. Randy came out, located the tank, and dug down about two feet to access the drain covers. It was sunny when he started, dark and rainy when he was done. He performed the necessary steps and kept me aprised of progress and costs to avoid surprises. I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend McNel should you need septic services."
