"NcNel Septic Service came out in a couple days after I called. They were very friendly and easy to interact with. Randy was the person who did the pumping of our septic tank. It didn't take him long and he was very nice to talk with. I asked him various questions about our tank and he went into enough detail that I understood it. I will Definitely call them again when I need to get it pumped. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could."
