"Ken took time out of his busy schedule yesterday and shared a lot of very important information about my septic system , also how to follow up with regular maintenance to prevent septic system backup issues.
So far l have not had any issues with my system and l want to continue having the system function appropriately.

"Ken from McNel came out today for a maintenance appointment and provided excellent customer service and instruction on how our septic works and what we need to do to keep everything on track. He quickly established trust by being very transparent as he patiently explained what was going on and what preventative action we could take in the future. "McNel Septic Service were my heroes yesterday - 8/26/2020. I am single woman and had a septic system that was obviously having issues. McNel came, pumped my tanks and helped me diagnose the problem. They were amazing. They now have a life-time return customer in me. I would highly recommend their service. You won't be sorry."

"Shawn at McNel went so far beyond my expectations that I wish I could give a rating of 100. I could not secure anybody to pump my septic due to the high demand in Burien. A friend noticed that there was a McNel truck at my neighbors and suggested I go ask them for help. Shawn was at my neighbors so I walked to the location and asked if he would be available to come to my home and pump my septic. He immediately said "yes I will come over and evaluate the situation after I finish". 30 minutes after he walked to my house and determined that he could do it now. My driveway is steep and he could of just said no, but he closely evaluated the pitch and determined he could safely back into my driveway. He made my day. The company was over 2 weeks out but since he was ahead of his schedule for the day he fit me in. He was an expert of his craft, efficient, great value and extremely friendly. I have found my go to septic service and it is McNel Septic. I am telling all of my neighbors."
