"I have lived in Western Washington for 11 years and have used McNel twice with excellent results. Their service is super professional and their pricing is beyond competitive.
Service tech Randy was terrific to work with and gave me great advice about how to maintain the specific tank and was honest about when to repeat service.
The visit was quick, quiet and unobtrusive. Very satisfied."

"Just had Randy Y. out to pump our system and he did a great job. Was professipnal, fast and efficient, a pleasure to talk to and taught us some more about our system and provided maintenance tips. We've been using McNel's for decades and they never disappoint! Highly recommend them."

"We've been super happy with McNel septic. They're straightforward and honest. Pump service is very efficient and they clean up.
We had them install risers above our tank, inlet and distribution box as well and they did a nice job for a reasonable price. That was a retrofit on an old concrete tank and I highly recommend that upgrade, keeps the smell down and thing are much less nasty when you open your tank up for your weekly sniff test... jk"
