"Randy was very attentive pulling into and down driveway and was not to leave paved area. It's a really long driveway so he's got excellent driving skills. Great customer service, explained what he needed to and answer all of my questions. He gave great feedback on how to treat tanks the way they should be taken care of. We'll be sure to call again. "NcNel Septic Service came out in a couple days after I called. They were very friendly and easy to interact with. Randy was the person who did the pumping of our septic tank. It didn't take him long and he was very nice to talk with. I asked him various questions about our tank and he went into enough detail that I understood it. I will Definitely call them again when I need to get it pumped. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could."
