(Okay fine, here’s a few more words because you can’t just wow a septic company without some explanation.)
Scheduling? Easier than ordering a pizza.
People? Friendly, efficient, and didn’t judge me for my 50-year-old tank. Respect.
I’m selling my house, which meant it was time to face the beast: my ancient septic system. Other companies wanted to dig up my yard like it was a pirate treasure map. But I’ve heard the horror stories — D-box gets unearthed, cracks like a fortune cookie, and suddenly you’re knee-deep in regret.
Enter McNel: they came in with a high-tech camera scope like septic system surgeons. No shovels, no drama, no backyard excavation that looks like a badger went rogue.
They scoped it first, then fired up their shiny new pump truck — and I do mean shiny. I’m pretty sure it still had that new truck smell and possibly a price tag dangling off the mirror. Most septic pumps take half an hour of gurgling and grumbling. This truck? Ten minutes. Blink and it’s bye-bye bio-waste.
Bottom line: McNel is the way to go. They won’t dig up your D-box unless absolutely necessary, and they’ll treat your aged system with the care and dignity it deserves — like a fine wine, but with more sludge.
