"Had my septic system pumped/inspected by Shawn Carlton today. Appreciated the professionalism and knowledge. Held to appointment time. In my opinion this is a company that stays in business because they treat there customers fairly and honestly. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Shawn."

"Just had our septic pumped and inspected by Ken this morning. EXCELLENT service! Showed up on time, very professional and thorough. Answered all my questions about how our system works and what I can do to keep it running optimally. We will definitely be hiring McNel again in the future. HIGHLY recommend this company."

"I would highly, and I mean highly , recommend McNeil Septic Service !!! I just had a septic tank serviced and was very pleased with Ken and the excellent service he provided. Ken was very knowledgeable , prompt , and VERY thorough. He had no problem answering all of my questions and explaining how a septic system works and the periodic service needed to keep it in working order . Absolutely awesome customer service !"
