"Great company, this was my first time getting a septic pump. The woman who set my appointment answered every question i could think of, walked my through the proccesses and communicated the entire way through._The man thay came was wonderful, he taught me a few things about maintaining my system better, was polite, and quick. Couldn't reccomend this company more. They didn't try to nicke and dime me and were completely transparent. This was the only company I called that didn't try and sell me on things that weren't needed yet."

"McNel promptly responded to my emergency - where my tank was full and the line was backing up into the house! When no one else called me on a weekend, they reached out Sunday evening - fit me into their schedule and gave sound advice over the phone to survive the situation. Not only did they get it cleaned, they helped spot some issues with my tank before it became more problematic. I highly recommend them."

"I highly recommend McNel Septic Service. After a referral from my son-in-law I called upset about the situation but quickly realized I was in great hands.
Kirk came out soon after and did a fantastic job. He was professional, kind, efficient and he even had us laughing. Very affordable also.
